We reserve the right to modify or discontinue services at any time. But you need to first inform us timely, that you want to discontinue our services if you don’t inform us you will be charged to date.

3. Client Responsibilities
Clients must provide accurate and complete information necessary for us to perform our services. You are responsible for ensuring that all content provided to us does not infringe on third-party rights and complies with applicable laws. We take your information at the time of registration with bank statements . We keep all your records safe it is just for checking the identity of the person.

4. Payment Terms
Payment for services must be made according to the agreed schedule. We accept various payment methods, which will be detailed in your invoice. Late payments may incur additional charges. We prefer Gpay for online payments . Our account department person will contact you on WhatsApp and we will share our UPI ID on WhatsApp.After the transaction, you have to send your UPI transaction ID through mail.

5. Refund Policy
All services are non-refundable once rendered. However, if you are dissatisfied with the services provided, please contact us within 48 hours to discuss potential resolutions.

6. Intellectual Property
Any intellectual property created by HourlyBuzz during the provision of services, including but not limited to reports, strategies, and creative content, remains the property of HourlyBuzz until full payment is received. Upon receipt of payment, ownership may transfer according to the terms of the contract.

7. Limitation of Liability
HourlyBuzz is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the services in question.

8. Termination
Either party may terminate the service agreement within a day. Upon termination, all outstanding payments must be settled.

9. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

10. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms will be resolved in the courts.
